My Daughter and I saved three beautiful cats from this horrendous place. Staff by enlarge are rude and smart mouths. Not all but the ones I had dealings with were when adopting. When dealing with the public, it is in the best interest of the animals to be available, helpful and courteous. That entails answering your phones, not letting them ring out or hanging up on people. Considering this is a government ran facility it's just not good enough and yes management have been aware of this problem for some time now. Do better, the lives and well being of the animals in your care depend on it.
This is Oreo (formally known as Cricket) Sapphire (Rainer) and her Mother Sakura all thriving now and much loved. Would have loved to have had Sakura's son Pyro but he was under sold from us right after leaving the facility.
The staff here are amazing !!! When my own council failed me they were so helpful.. they give you honest and kind information.. They have a really great knowledge of not only animals but being able to give advice on your situation... I can never thank them enough for helping me with the problem I had ... Please if your ever going to donate think of this place first ... thanks again to the staff for their kindness and help ...
I wish I could give more stars! Every single person we have dealt with here is simply amazing! Special thanks to April who has matches us with 2 of the most wonderful and loving dogs!
You can see how much they all care for the animals here and they do their best to make their time at the facility as pleasant as possible.
If you apply for a dog here but you get a different recommendation from the staff, please listen to them because they know what they are thanking about and how to match you to your soul animal the best way possible ❤️
Had my dogs go missing early this morning called the pound at 10am was told no dogs of my description or any new dogs had come in spent all day out looking ended up exhausted got a phone call at 4pm saying they had been there since 5AM and the police found them. Spoke to the lady who didn’t seem happy with the staff member I understand mistakes can happen BUT I went a whole day worrying, stressed distraught & extremely exhausted from this mistake. :( I am glad they are safe and sound but really not the point.
The staff were really helpful and full of love for the animals. We as a family adopted a nice happy cuddly cat who became part of our family very quickly, we are so happy and like to say thankyou to Campbelltown Animal rescue for all they have done for us.
I have never had a bad experience with the office staff at this facility.. They are more than pleasant and often go over and beyond to assist me.. A great bunch of ladies..
Poor form in this day and age! With everything automated and online including the adoption application how hard is it to have an automated reply email letting prospective families know that their ‘application was unsuccessful but applications for another adoption from our centre is welcomed through our website’ type of email would give some respect back to families who genuinely open their hearts and homes.
We adopted our beautiful furbaby 4 yrs back. He is soul of our home now. Looking forward to another kitten soon. Great staff 👍 …
